I have to order enough portions,or they might take mine instead~
在等待過程中,去了一趟廁所
Before the meal came, I went to the restroom~
又再度讓我驚艷了一下下
It stunned me again~
很多人一直覺得餐廳只要東西好吃就好
I know many people thought a good restaurant only serves good meal.That’s all.
殊不知,一間小小的廁所也能讓餐廳大大加分
But honestly,a wonderful restroom could give customers 120％ satisfaction~

一些牆上的壁畫也著實令人心曠神怡

“Head of the gangster”mainly serves pork.
If you can’t eat beef,it’s really a good choice.
帶骨的肉讓我相信它不適用廉價的拼接肉魚目混珠
The meat with bone let me trust it isn’t served the customers with cheap pork~
薄片的部分好切好入口,很適合孩子來食用
The slices isn’t too thick.

它的牛肉軟中帶筋,吃起來不會老而且又嚼勁
The beef is soft but has tendon inside.
It’s really chewy.
坦白說,真正好的牛肉是可以烹煮成三分熟的
Frankly,good quality beef can be cooked in medium-rare.

我會真的點三分熟的

The squid is very soft.
嚼起來一點都不費力
